Scott is currently the Assistant Coach of the WNY Flash in the NWSL. Previous coaching at the professional level include: Portland Thorns (NWSL) 2015, WNY Flash (NWSL/WPS) 2011-2013 and Rochester Rhinos (USL) 2012 & 2014. In 5 years coaching, Scott has made it to 3 finals and won two championships! Scott also has hand in developing multiple goalkeepers of the year/all league goalkeepers in Ashlyn Harris (2011), Kristian Nicht (2012), Adriana Franch (2013), John McCarthy (2014) & Michelle Betos (2015).
Scott holds a "USSF A" Coaching License and also has experience at the collegiate level with a quick stay at the Niagara University Women's Program in 2008 and 2009. Scott was also the Director of Player Development for the Cobras FC, a youth soccer club with over 550 players and 34 teams from 2006-2015.
Scott was a 12-year professional of MLS and The USL 1st Division and was most recently the goalkeeper and team captain of the Rochester Rhinos. He helped the Rhinos win two A-League Championships in 2000 and 2001, and was named the A-League Goalkeeper of the Year in 2000, all-league selection in 2000 and 2006 and Rhinos Team MVP in 2006.
Scott holds the Rhinos franchise record for goalkeeper wins, shutouts and saves in a career. Scott played professionally in MLS for the Dallas Burn (1999 & 2002) and for the Colorado Rapids (2003 & 2004).
Scott was just named one of the top 10 players of the DECADE in the USL and was JUST inducted into the Rochester Rhinos Hall of Fame in July, 2013.
